Sense.ly is a new social recommendation engine, it uses some fancy algo's to recommend items that you would like. So,
First it was the Chinese, then it was the Egyptian's and Now, it's the Indian Government! The Indian IT department is now restricting web content in the country.Any new content can be "tagged" as "harassing", "blasphemous", "disparaging" and "hateful" can be banned. The new rules were issued slyly without anyone
within country aware of any such rules, until recently this month, when the NYT published an online post/article about it. There goes my freedom of speech!
